The original solution was solved by other environmentally friendly machinery (two units with 16000 exhaust volume), but due to the aging, damage or incomplete cleaning of the machinery and equipment, the kitchen exhaust caused by the canteen was not clean enough, which not only failed to ensure environmental standards, but also caused significant harm to the natural environment.
There is no doubt that kitchen exhaust organic waste gas can cause necessary harm to the respiratory system and lungs, and can also easily fuse with smoke and dust in the gas to produce PM2.9, which can cause significant harm to physical health. Immediately endangering the productivity of employees will also harm the brand image of the enterprise, resulting in intangible property losses. As a company with a sense of responsibility for aspect ratio, the residents of the community attach great importance to it and hope that the kitchen exhaust can solve the problem of rear air intake without harming the surrounding environment. Authorized by the hotel, relevant personnel from Guanglan Enterprise have prepared a plan for oil fume purifiers for hotel management to refer to and make management decisions.
Solution plan
Based on communication and on-site investigation, it has been learned that your company currently has 5 furnaces, 3 pot stoves, and 1 steam cabinet that must be equipped with oil fume purifiers. The existing branch pipes summarize the kitchen exhaust to a pipeline with a diameter of about 800mm for roof discharge. Now, the old machine equipment needs to be dismantled on site and connected to a new electrostatic induction oil fume purification equipment for cleaning. After the oil fume purifier, the discharge can be carried out.
